SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders shipped within 2 days of ordering.
We do our best to get orders packaged up and shipped out within 24 hours but please remember, we're middle schoolers so we're in school most days too! We do guaruntee that all orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 days of ordering. You'll receive tracking information as soon as its available.
OUR RETURN POLICY
14 Day Return Policy
We think you'll absolutely love all of our products but if you have an issue with anything, rest assured that all of our products come with a 14 day return period. Any returns must be received in original packaging. Any damaged items will not be returned. Refunds will be less shipping, handling, packaging costs.

Our Policy
We guarantee that our custom battle mats are made using the highest quality ingredients! Our battle mats are made 3mm thick (a typical mousepad is 1.5mm thick). You'll love the functionality and the design of our mats.
The hand curated Pokémon Battle Decks are pieced together using Common and Uncommon Pokémon cards and trainer cards. Your Pokémon Battle deck cards will generally consist of Excellent - Near Mint condition cards. While it is possible and likely that the cards in your Pokémon battle deck will contain some cards of higher grades, we do not guarantee a higher grade than Excellent - Near Mint.

The custom Ready Set Battle dice sets are made to standard Pokémon tournament rules. All dice are translucent, allowing easy inspection of the dice. The heads/tails dice are all marked and numbered to clearly indicate which side is heads and which side is tails.
